Where are you based?

Blooms by The Workroom is based in The Workroom interior design store. Located at 50 Brownston Street, Wanaka 9305

What travel costs need to be covered?

When traveling for a destination wedding, Blooms by The Workroom flights/fuel, accommodation, vehicle costs need to be covered. Depending on location - these are purely to cover costs and not for profit.

Do you only do wedding flowers?

As well as wedding florals, Blooms by The Workroom can also create floral designs for your business, event or styled shoot - Send us an email at bloomsbytheworkroom@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.

Where do you source your flowers?

We celebrate locally grown flora from our local flower farmers here in the Central Otago region, as well as wider New Zealand.
We have relationships with suppliers across the country, and are also able to source specialty varieties such as imported product, on request.

Do you create for elopements?

As well as flowering large scale weddings, we also create luxurious blooms for smaller, intimate occasions or elopements.

Where can I find your pricing?

Once you have your date set and we have confirmed our availability, we will share our pricing guide with you.

How do I get a bespoke quote?

Once you have your date and venue set, and we have confirmed our availability we can provide a bespoke quote. Please note that we have a minimum spend of $1,500 for this service. We will need the following details in order to provide you with costs reflective of your floral preferences. Your floral budget, the colour palette and style you are after, the type and quantity of arrangements you would like. Any supporting images to demonstrate your vision with short notes explaining what it is that you like about each of the images. Donโ€™t worry if you are unsure about any of the above, just let us know what you can and we can talk you through ideas and guide you on this if needed.

Can I book a consult to talk about my florals?

Absolutely! We would love to meet you and get creative together - Wedding consultations are held in our Sample Lounge (our styling and creative space). From there we can work through the finer details together and will provide a bespoke quote based on your request and floral vision.

How do I secure my date with you?

Our event calendar is based on a first in first served basis. Once you have your date set and we have confirmed our availability, we will share our pricing guide with you. General practise from there would be to receive full details on your floral requirements so that a formalised quote can be sent to you. Once the quote has been accepted, we will then share an invoice for a 50% deposit, which when paid secures your date with us (yay!). Your remaining payment will then be sent on a final invoice, 6-8 weeks out from your wedding date.
